🤸‍♀️ Is your Gymnast Ready to Move Up? 🤸‍♀️

📊 Fun Fact #1: L5 is the "launching pad."
Level 5 gymnasts move up at a rate of 84.9% — the highest of any level. It's not because it's easy. She's put in the work and survived the grind that is Level 5. She's paid her dues at the hardest compulsory level.

📊 Fun Fact #2: L9 is the great filter.
Only 37.9% of Level 9 gymnasts make the jump to Level 10 in any given season. It's the single hardest progression gate in the entire Development Program. The gymnasts who make it? They've earned every bit of it.

📊 Fun Fact #3: The "magic number" is surprisingly consistent.
Across almost every level, gymnasts who move up average about 0.3 to 0.4 points higher than gymnasts who stay. In gymnastics, that's not a small gap — that's a season of growth compressed into a single number.

📊 Fun Fact #4: About half of all gymnasts move up each year.
Across all levels combined, 51.4% of gymnasts move up in any given season. So if your gymnast is asked to continue her current level, she is absolutely not behind. She's in very good company — and she's building!

📊 Fun Fact #5: Something exciting is coming — but let's keep it in perspective.
We're building a Level-Up Index — a personalized readiness score grounded in real patterns from hundreds of thousands of gymnasts. It can show you where your gymnast stands relative to historical progressions at her level.

But we want to be crystal clear: coaches are the decision makers. Full stop. They have eyes on your gymnast nearly every single day. They see the skills being built, the confidence growing, the mental toughness developing under pressure. We can spot patterns in numbers. We cannot see any of that. This tool is meant to be a conversation starter — not a second opinion on your coach.
