What was I working on? - I worked on going through the same pregame routine as well as keeping my focus and making sure that every shot felt the same.

What have I learned? - Practice with a purpose. Don’t just go through the motions, focus on you strengths and weaknesses and work on your weaknesses to make yourself a better bowler.

The first game I never worry about the score. Instead I go into practice and give myself one game of warmup. For me that means work on 1 or 2 drills and then work on 7 and 10 pins for that first game.

After that I bowled how I normally bowl and incorporate working on my weaknesses.
