Leah started dancing at just 4 years old, and she’s now heading into her 6th year at IMPACT! 🖤

Jazz and musical theatre have always been her favorite styles. Outside of the studio, Leah has also continued performing in productions at the Lebowsky Center for Performing Arts, giving her another way to keep dance and performing a part of her life well into adulthood.

At IMPACT, Leah teaches dancers across all ages, from Intro to Dance through the Intermediate Academy!

Some of Leah’s favorite IMPACT memories happen on competition weekends, where you can always find her being one of the loudest voices in the audience cheering on our dancers! 📣

“I never thought I would continue dancing so far into adulthood, but I’m so glad it has found a way to be a part of my life — and now my husband Matt’s life too.”

We’re so happy Leah is part of our IMPACT family and can’t wait for another season of dancing, cheering and making memories together!✨

Miss Taylor started dancing at just 3 years old! Her parents put her in dance hoping to help “wear off some energy” — little did they know it would turn into a lifelong passion. 🤍

Taylor grew up dancing at Bohaty’s School of Dance, where she trained in a variety of styles, with jazz and gymnastics being two of her favorites. As she’s gotten older, she’s also developed a love for choreographing and performing contemporary (and has received many regional and national awards for her work).

After high school, Taylor continued performing at the Lebowsky Center for Performing Arts, where she has been part of numerous productions over the past 12 years.

Now in her 6th year at IMPACT, Taylor is teaching dancers from Intro to Dance through Teen Company in styles including tap, hip hop, acro, contemporary, jazz and more. This season, she’s looking forward to teaching almost every age group!

“My favorite thing about our dance family is how we support, encourage and celebrate each other both in and out of the studio. It truly feels like a second family.”

We’re so excited for another season with Taylor at the heart of our IMPACT family. 🖤

Erica started dancing at just 3 years old, and after her very first recital, she told her mom she wanted to be onstage every day. Growing up, Erica was trained by the Bohaty sisters, who gave her a strong technical foundation while also creating countless performance opportunities — from the Chesaning Showboat, fairs and festivals to competitions and Christmas at the Whiting.

That foundation eventually led Erica to a professional career spanning more than a decade, performing with Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Folies Bergère and American Superstars in Las Vegas. And one of the most special parts of that journey? She got to experience professional performance alongside her brother, Garrett. ❤️

Now, Erica gets to pour that same love of dance into our IMPACT dancers, teaching across ages and styles, with lyrical and jazz being two of her favorites!

Her favorite moments each season come at recital — watching IMPACT dancers step onstage after a year of hard work, growth and dedication.

“What I love most about IMPACT is our team. When one of us wins, we all do. Everyone matters and is valued.”

And we can’t talk about Erica’s journey without mentioning the two people who make it even more special: her children, Scarlett and Lachlan. ❤️

“Going into my sixth season at IMPACT, I feel such gratitude. To my business partners, our staff, parents, dancers and, of course, my family: this dance home has been a dream come true.”
