When I retired as a Registered Nurse of 30 years my retirement dream was to learn how to refinish furniture. After taking a class, practicing and lots of self learning I was ready. Word of mouth led me to start doing custom pieces for clients. Then I started a search for a paint I felt had the quality I wanted for refinishing well made vintage furniture. out Fusion Mineral Paint. Fusion was a new line of paint and products designed specifically for refinishing furniture. Other furniture painters were raving about it so I decided to try it. Once I did I knew this was the paint I had been searching for. So I called the company and became a merchant. Then I was able to start teaching workshops to teach others. A Rare Find!! Two Matching Solid Wood End Tables! Vintage Chippendale-style drop leaf end tables. These are solid mahogany and have a single drawer which slides easily. They are professionally refinished in Fusion Mineral Paint color Cast Iron which is a dark gray/soft black finish. They are triple top coated for added protection. The drawers are freshly lined. The hardware is original brass and has been refinished in a soft Gold. The tables were made by Broyhill and have a makers plaque inside the drawers. The dimensions are 27" Deep, 17" Wide, and 24" Tall. Each drop leaf is 8.5" wide. So when leafs are opened the width will be 34" Wide. These tables turned out beautifully and are a "must see" in person. Price is $220.00 total for both tables. Tables are located at Bunting Market 1995 E Chaneyville Rd., Owings, Md. In the main lobby.

(SOLD) Antique Duncan Phyfe-inspired round pedestal table with brass claw feet caps and a single drawer. The base of this piece was refinished in a soft turquoise color and the top in a soft white. The entire table was sealed with a topcoat for added protection. Dimensions are 27" across and 26" tall. This would look so pretty in a foyer, sun room, breakfast nook, as a bedside table or anywhere you want a pretty touch! Cost is $125.00.
