When I painted this in 2024, I didn't show it off. No post. No friends. This small wooden piece I kept close to my heart, then lost, then rediscovered recently. I now appreciate it in a new light. Life has changed a lot in 2 years. I have changed a lot in 2 years.

Sewing really has been very fun to experiment with creatively, it's nice to get back in touch with it. My grandmother taught me as a kid. & I had originally just been sewing up stuffed cats for my daughter. But here we are!

Felt like the perfect piece to finish before the full moon tonight. ❄️
This winter so far has highlighted healing, learning and releasing cycles of the past so this was a very therapeutic piece for me.
