That’s a wrap on the 2026 Tioga County Fair.
Putting on an event like this takes an entire community pulling together. Beyond the fun, the rides, and the tradition, what makes the fair so special is how our community turns out to create a great, affordable week for local families. We could not do this without the dedication, time, and hard work of so many incredible people.
In Loving Memory of Charlie Truman
As we bring this year’s fair to a close, our thoughts are with our dear friend and longtime board member, Charlie Truman, who passed away a year ago this week. Charlie was deeply involved in every part of the fair, working tirelessly right up through last year's event to make it a success. His presence, passion, and steady hand were deeply missed on the grounds this week, but his legacy and spirit remain at the heart of everything we do.
