6 months pp vs 18 months pp
last year I made a goal that I finally stuck to. I was 6 months postpartum and feeling stuck inside myself. I finally decided it was time to change my life for the better and do better for myself and for my kids. And everyday since then I have continued to keep that promise to myself. 2025 was so transformative for my mind and my body. May God continue to guide me in the right direction, and give me the strength and the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and do hard things.
