Our first week of school is in the books! Kinder and first grade jumped right in to painting after reading the book A Beautiful Oops! Everyone got a piece of “oops” paper and primary colors. After a quick talk about how to use their paintbrushes, my young artists helped make our first collaborative bulletin board. Hooray! (I precut old messy mats and unclaimed art into 8x8, 8x4 or 4x4 sheets.)
