We loved partnering with the team at Henderson Sport & Social to take their redemption area from initial concept to a vibrant, turn-key reality!

When it comes to building a profitable redemption program, a great prize selection is only half the battle. How you showcase those prizes is what drives game play and boosts player engagement.

For this project, our design team started by creating 3D room renderings to map out every square inch for maximum visual impact. Once the vision was set, our expert merchandising crew stepped in to bring it to life—arranging plush and prizes to perfection. The result? A stunning, high-converting space ready to deliver results on day one.

What happens when two self-proclaimed “regular guys” decide to open a multi-attraction entertainment center? They end up building a thriving, heart-centered place for families and friends to play and have fun.

Back in August, members of the Redemption Plus team spent two days on-site with owners Frankie, Eric, and the team at High Tides & Good Vibes in Surf City, NC, and to say it was one of our favorite projects is an understatement. Since the very start of our partnership with them, we've laughed, we've played, and we've learned so many unforgettable lessons together along the way.
