We are doing something EXTRA FUN during Art Jam tonight!

If you make jewelry, have broken jewelry, or beads and charms that SHOULD be turned into jewelry, come join our JEWELRY PARTY tonight from 5-8pm.

We will have all of our jewelry tools and beads out to fix jewelry or help you upcycle something in your closet while our Bluegrass Jam plays live music for us to sing to.

If you are in a funk and feeling blue, sometimes a little community, live music, and art therapy is all you need to brighten your mood.

I just wanted to thank a few women-owned businesses and local small businesses for supporting our handmade gift shop and art studio. This morning alone, I had 3 people tell me that so-and-so down the street recommended us to them. This actually happens quite a bit and I realized this morning I've never told them THANK YOU.

I know you all do this for several other small businesses downtown - and some I may not even realize recommend us too. Thank you for supporting us, for supporting each other, and for making our community stronger by building each other up.

Everyone should start their day with a preschool art class. 💜 Ky has read to, sang with, and danced with these sweet girls. She is a DYNAMIC teacher and the kids are having a great time. And I have not stopped smiling since class started. 🥰

We are just getting started with our preschool classes and know they will grow, but I am loving this little group for now. It is SERIOUSLY the best way to start my day. -Dawnua 💜💜

It's gonna be a short week at The Collective Heart with just TWO days of classes and events before we close for Labor Day weekend on Friday and Saturday.

Wednesday is the start of our Open heARTS: ART Preschool Program from 10:30-11:30. Each class is $17 with a 4-week signup or $20 for drop-ins. This new program runs the first 4 weeks of the month, on Wednesday OR Friday except for THIS Friday, Sep. 4th.

Thursday is the start of our Open heARTS: MUSIC Preschool Program from 10:30-11:30. Each class is $17 with a 4-week signup or $20 for drop-ins. This new program runs the first 4 weeks of the month, on Thursdays.

We have Open Art Studio hours both days from 11:30 am to close so stop in, make some art and some memories.

It's hard to tell that Fall is headed our way when we have 100 degree days this week but I PROMISE, it will be here before you know it. And the BEST NEWS EVER is that our AC is FIXED! So even though it's gross and sweltering outside, it's nice and chill inside our creative space.

We have a TON of Open Studio hours available this month as everyone is still adjusting to our back to school schedule. Open Studio means you can drop in ANYTIME during those times and find an art project, craft kit, lego kit, make and take paint kit, and ceramic painting kits to buy and make in our studio. The price of our kits include all the materials you need to paint and create your masterpiece!

We have brought in Fall and Halloween themed Make and Take signs and wooden decor for you to build, assemble, and create. We have another Introduction to Wood Carving this month (where we will learn how to make pumpkin figurines), a Mosaic pumpkin class, another Personalized Stone Inlay Family Sign class and several days of sales and specials for the CAR SHOW and Ladies Night Out.

It's gonna be a busy month! Stop in, check out our handmade gift shop (with 50 artists) and get a jump on your holiday shopping!

Have you signed your Preschool age kid up for our new Art and Music programs? They both start THIS WEEK!

We have limited seats for these new programs so don’t miss out. 🤗 If you sign up for a 4 week session, you get a discount on each class at just $17 each. Drop-in classes are $20 each.

Open heARTS: ART is Wednesday or Friday, once a week (except for Sep 4 as we are closed) and Open heARTS: Music is once a week on Thursdays. These sessions run the first 4 weeks of the month from 10:30-11:30.

Today is your last day to buy one of Emily’s beautiful works of art. Each piece was a part of her journey through grief at losing two friends. All proceeds will be going to the Sam Smith Memorial Highway fund in honor of her friend.
