FUNCTION: The authority and duties of the board are to: 1. Advise the Auditorium Manager of groups which might be interested in using the Municipal Audit

orium; 2. Advise the Auditorium Manager of what additional information and data should be gathered so as to attract conventions, touring companies, and other groups to use the Municipal Auditorium; 3. Advise the Auditorium Manager of additional attractions or events which might increase the utilization of the Municipal Auditorium; 4. Assist the Auditorium Manager in promoting the use of the Municipal Auditorium. 5. Direct all inquiries from persons or groups desiring to use the Municipal Auditorium to the Auditorium Manager. 6. Make reports to the Governing Body concerning the Municipal Auditorium activities at least twice yearly. 7. Make recommendations concerning the annual budget, including capital improvements to the Governing Body..

Two weeks from tonight, Ballet Wichita is coming to the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium with a fully original production of Alice in Wonderland.

The choreography is new, created specifically for this production by Ballet Wichita's Company Director. Classical ballet, neoclassical technique, and tap share the stage — with comedy woven throughout. Costumes were built in house with Ballet Wichita, and custom projection designs in partnership with WSU will bring each scene to life.

Don't miss your chance to join us for an evening of mystery, mayhem, and delicious food at our Murder Mystery Dinner: Knives Out on Saturday, June 13th at 6:30 PM!

Due to catering deadlines, ticket sales will close at midnight on Sunday, June 7th so that we can provide final attendance numbers to Flint Hills Catering.

Your $60 ticket includes an interactive murder mystery performance by Upstage Productions, dinner, and dessert. Dine between clues as you work alongside fellow guests to solve the crime, or volunteer to become part of the action!

🍽 Dinner Menu by Flint Hills Catering:
• Green salad with choice of dressing
• Cheese lasagna roll-ups with meat sauce
• Penne Alfredo with grilled chicken
• Monaco vegetable blend
• Garlic breadsticks
• Banana or chocolate cream pie

Presented in partnership with the Ottawa Recreation Commission, this unforgettable evening takes place in the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium basement.

Please note:

• The basement is not accessible by elevator but our ramp will be open.

🎶 Join us tonight for another FREE Ottawa City Band Concert at the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium! 🎶

Bring the whole family and enjoy an evening of great music from one of the longest-running city bands in Kansas, directed by Mark Paquette.

We've added a little extra fun for our younger concert-goers! Pick up one of our brand-new OMA coloring pages when you arrive, color during the concert, and show your finished masterpiece to an OMA staff member after the performance to receive a piece of candy!

Concessions will be available for purchase, so come hungry and settle in for a wonderful evening of music and community.
