Judy and Les Witters have been chosen by the Otsego-Plainwell Area Chamber of Commerce to be the 2026 Otsego Creative Arts Festival parade Grand Marshall.

Watch for Judy and Les in the parade at the festival taking place on Saturday, September 26th on M89 in downtown Otsego. The parade steps off at 12:45pm.
