Art in The Park ☀️🎨 FAQ: What happens if it rains on a scheduled paint date?

A: 🌧️🎨 No Worries! We have a rainy day indoor plan in place! So no paint dates will be cancelled. If grounds are too wet, or it rains / rain is in the forecast during paint time — A day-of announcement will be made and we’ll move to our designated indoor location (shared with registered participants ahead of time so you’ll know exactly where to go) 🙂

Cross your fingers for good weather🤞🏽Luckily in years past, out of 2 full Summers (and 16 dates), we only had to move indoors one time!

I’ll be set up at Oswego Farmers Market tonight with a table, right in front of the Canal Commons main entrance for ART IN THE PARK REGISTRATIONS! Come thru between 4-7pm!

Tomorrow is the day!! Thurs 6/18 between 4-7pm GET SIGNED UP for ☀️🎨 Art in The Park 🎨☀️ during the open registration dates at Oswego Farmer’s Market 📍👀 Look for my booth / table with the colorful vibe! 🌈 If spots are still open after this date, a second registration date is scheduled for next week 6/25, same time & place.

Sign up for one date, all dates, or anything in-between!

I will be accepting prepayments of cash or venmo.

COST per painter
Single date: $16
Half Summer: 4 dates $60 (save -$4)
Full Summer: all 8 dates $120 (save -$8)

(If you need to use credit/debit, there will be an additional transaction fee so I do recommend one of the first 2 options)

My schedule has been jam packed lately! Had a very busy & very fun filled 4 day weekend of travels to Buffalo for music & fun, Canastota to walk in the International Boxing Hall of Fame Parade, Syracuse for good food, and Fulton for Face Painting with the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County 💙🎨

Thank you CAC for inviting me back and sponsoring complimentary face painting for the families that came to enjoy a free day of activities!! I was happy to be part of the Annual Bike Rodeo & Family Fun Day again this year.

Lots of kids got painted and even parents, adults & teens joined in on the fun! Love to see it 🥰

Arts supporting the arts 🎨🎵 Thank you to the Art Departments, Teachers & Parents of Oswego City School District for inviting us back for the Annual 💙 Oswego Bucs Arts Festival & K-12 Art Show!

It’s always a blast at this special event. I loved seeing everyone with their families back again this year.. and all the amazing talent of our youth!!

Today I got to spend some time with Oswego City School District’s 5th grade students, and city Law Enforcement / Fire & First Responders during their annual D.A.R.E. Day with the kids!

It was my first time attending, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but man these kids were SO excited!! And it seemed like they had the best time ever (bounce houses, snowcones, a DJ, games, food, and so much more)!

Saw many familiar faces and kiddos who have attended workshops with me in the past or had their face painted! AND was able to make some new little friends 🤍

I set up a very simple Selfie Station with prompt for the kids to draw a quick self portrait to remember this time!

Not all selfies are shown here but check out their work!! All of their selfies will be on display tomorrow (Sat 6/6) at my Face Painting booth during the Oswego Bucs Art Fest 📍 Tyler Hall SUNY Oswego (10am-2pm)
