Hi, I’m Liz - the artist behind Novel Ink, a fine line tattoo studio in Osseo, MN. ✨

A fun fact about me? Just two years ago, I got my very first tattoo… and it completely changed the direction of my life.

I quickly fell in love with creating meaningful, personal art with people, and what started as curiosity turned into something I couldn’t stop pursuing.

With the help of a friend, I chose the name Novel Ink… because some chapters are meant to be permanent.

Before tattooing, I spent 25+ years as a registered dietitian. Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do — it just looks a little different these days. 🤍

When I’m not tattooing, you’ll probably find me:🌸 Buying myself flowers
🪴 Caring for my houseplants
🧩 Working on a puzzle
🤍 Enjoying date nights with my hubby
✈️ Traveling with my besties
📸 Taking pictures (shameless selfies included 😉)
☀️ Spending time outdoors
👩‍👧‍👧 Making memories with my daughters

I truly believe all of life’s little moments, connections, and experiences make me a better artist.
