Mercy Hospital was built around 1910 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. It is 4 stories with a surgical floor, inpatients rooms and morgue in the basement. In 1952 Mercy Clinic was added onto the hospital for outpatient services which includes a library and X-ray room.
Currently Studio Osky operates in the property reutilizing old patient rooms and offices into creative co-working spaces, art gallery and events venue.
You will have 30,000 sqft to explore and investigate the paranormal of both properties!
Previous crews have voiced that this property is very active! From former patients, previous medical staff and residents who used to live on property when it was a halfway house and convalescent home have interacted with investigators. One of our most popular is a Nurse who likes to venture on the second floor of Mercy Clinic wearing her old uniform.
