Unfortunately, our first rain out of the year goes to the Winnebago County Fair-Oshkosh, WI While this is much needed rain for our famers out there, we will hope for better pulling conditions for tomorrow night at the Jo Daviess County Fair in Warren, IL!

πŸšœπŸ‚ Attention Grandstand Event Contestants! 🏁

We've received a few questions about contestant entrances and parking, especially with this year's fair layout as the carnival shares the grandstand/stage area.

For all Grandstand Events (Rodeo, Tractor Pulls, and Demo Derby):
➑️ Contestant entrance will remain on Jackson Street.

When you arrive for your event, follow the road to the back side of the stage. Event staff will direct you to the appropriate parking, pit and staging area.

Please refer to the attached maps for general guidance.
β€’ Trackside access to staging areas will be determined by your event coordinator - follow their instructions for access. Do NOT automatically pull into the track area unless directed there.
β€’ Rodeo will have a staging area to the west of the track.
β€’ Tractor Pulls will be pulling from East to West as we have in past years. Tractors will be directed to the east side of the track by event coordinators.

Thank you for your patience as we work with this year's updated layout due to construction restrictions on other parts of the grounds. We look forward to seeing all of our contestants at the fair!

🚧 IMPORTANT PARKING & ACCESS UPDATE 🚧

Exhibitors, Volunteers, Vendors & Entertainers: Beginning Monday, July 27, several roads on the fairgrounds will be closed to driving and parking. Please plan ahead and allow yourself extra time to get where you need to be.

πŸ“ Road Closures
β€’ All roadways and parking areas marked in red on the map will be closed to exhibitor and volunteer traffic. This includes all roads around the Expo Building and the road in front of the barns.

🏒 Expo Building / Fair Office
β€’ Park in Lot 1 (accessible from Gate 1 or Gate 2) and walk to the Expo Building.
β€’ Lot 1 is our brand-new blacktop parking lot with paved access all the way to the Expo Building.
β€’ Use the walk-in entrance in the fence and follow the walkway to the building (see the pink arrow on the map).
β€’ Need assistance? Call the Fair Office at 920-685-3013 for rides from the parking lots or drop-off access for exhibits and projects.

πŸ‡ Barn E – Rabbits & Poultry
β€’ You may drive in to unload animals, but vehicles must be moved to a designated parking area immediately after unloading.

πŸ•οΈ Barn & Camping Access
β€’ Enter through Gate 4 to access Lots 2 & 3.
β€’ No parking or drop-offs will be permitted in front of the barns.
β€’ There is no access to the barns or camping areas from Gate 2.

πŸŽͺ Vendors & Entertainers
β€’ Park in Lot 1 (accessible from Gate 1 or Gate 2) and walk to the Expo Building to check in.
β€’ After check-in, you'll receive instructions and an es**rt to your assigned location on the grounds.

Thank you for planning ahead and helping us keep traffic moving safely during fair setup. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a great fair! 🚜🎑

πŸ“… Arrival Deadline
All campers must be on the grounds by the end of the day on Tuesday, July 28.

🚧 LOT 3 Campers
Lot 3 is currently occupied by EAA campers through Sunday morning. If you arrive right at 1:00 PM, you may have to wait before moving into your assigned site. We will get the lot turned over as quickly as possible, and campers may park in the middle of the lot while waiting for their site to open. Thank you for your patience!

πŸ“ Need Your Site Number?
Your site number is listed on your invoice (the one you received from Square with your payment link or the copy that was mailed to you). See the attached photo for where to find it.

πŸ…ΏοΈ New This Year – Parking
To maximize parking space, our hard-working VOLUNTEERS have painted parking lines in the middle of the camping lots. Please park within the painted lines so we can make the best use of every available space.

🚫 Grounds Vehicle Policy
For the safety of our guests and animals, motorized vehicles, scooters, UTVs, ATVs, bicycles, skateboards, and similar personal transportation devices are not allowed on the grounds. Please leave them at home.

We can't wait to see everyone this week!πŸŽ‘πŸ„
