Hi everyone! We have some important updates to share regarding this page. We have come to the conclusion that we are not able to return full admin rights of this page through official channels. Current board members have Moderation rights, which we've been doing fine with for the past year. The unfortunate part is that we no longer are able to add or remove users from the page, which is not feasible long term.

The current admin and business entity tied to this account are not cooperating and we do not have the desire or the resources to fight for it. We will be keeping control of what we can on this page to prevent any tampering, but for now please join us on our new page. We will be posting over the sundown period of this page to direct you to the new one.

Please mind our dust as the URLs and names get shuffled around, I assure you that the new page is legitimate! We hope to see you there! facebook.com/OshkoshCommPlayers

Today is World Theater day! It's incredible to see how far we've come in the last year (let alone the last 88!). Through the dedication, passion, and talent of our community of creatives, the organizations that help us put a show together, and the incredible support of the audience members who laugh, gasp, and cry at our shows, our organization is as strong as ever. THANK YOU for allowing us to keep telling you stories. We're already gearing up for another great season!

Edward Bennett said it best: "A life without theatre is a life not worth living."

The final curtain has set for "Death by Design". We are so grateful to our cast and crew for their hard work but also to all of you.

We loved hearing your reactions, reading your comments on the posts, and seeing your own posts recommending the play to others.

Thank you all for a great wrap-up to our season. We'll be back soon for a whole new season of stories to share with you. Keep an eye on our page for updates on upcoming shows, auditions, and more.

Darby McCarthy - Stage Manager

Darby McCarthy is thrilled to be returning to The Grand for her third production with Oshkosh Community Players, this time behind the scenes. She was last seen onstage with OCP as the brazen New Englander Peggy in "Weekend Comedy", and before that as the nervous French maid Sabot in Patrick Hamilton’s "Rope". Darby first found her love of community theatre at the age of ten in a production of "Aladdin Jr." in her hometown of Murfreesboro, TN, and she’s been performing ever since. She thanks her new Wisconsin community for welcoming this southerner with open arms. And she is grateful to her partner in crime, Ben, for all of the assistance trekking to rehearsals.

Three more chances to see the show! Get your tickets here: https://ci.ovationtix.com/36698/production/1244439
