My husband and I have 3 kids (10mo f, 4m, 10f). We currently have a nanny, Isabelle (22f) 3 days a week.

I have to say, Isabelle is f__king amazing. She drives on field trips, she does homework with the kids, she handles play dates, she's the one adult my 10 year old likes, she's not dependent on screens, does art projects with the kids, she speaks 10 year old, and she's even teaching them how to cook and bake. They made mini quiches a few weeks ago.

My oldest is doing state testing right now and wanted a fun activity with her friends. Isabelle suggested a spa day and my daughter loved it. I set up a day for my 4 year old to go home with his grandparents and let Isabelle turn our living room into a spa. She picked up my daughter, my niece, and 2 friends, brought them to our house, and did their hair and nails while they laid back and did face masks.

I guess my niece was telling her mom how cool Isabelle is because my SIL texted Isabelle offering her a nanny position 4 days a week, matching whatever I pay her but for only 1 kid. Isabelle showed me the text and told me that she will have to think about it because the extra money would be nice. I told her if she promised to stay, next year I'd have her at 5 days a week with a $5 per hour raise. Isabelle turned my SIL down saying she had received a better offer and now she's telling my husband's family that I stole a nanny from her.

They're upset that I outbid my SIL and gave Isabelle extra money and hours just so my SIL wouldn't get her. My husband said it was petty. AITA for offering Isabelle a raise and more hours so she doesn't work for my SIL?

My wife (30f) and I (31m) were high school sweet hearts. We moved out of our parents houses together, got married, had kids, and grown a lot, at least I thought.
Over the course of our relationship, she has cheated on me at least a dozen times, sneaking off with old flames or coworkers to make-out and more. Some of these times, I only found out about years after being married. For some reason, I've always forgiven her, but what happened this week was unforgivable.
We had 3 Christmases over 3 days, my parents, hers, and a third 2 hours out of town, with her grandparents and extended family. I drove both ways, which isn't uncommon, but when we came home she asked if she could go visit her best friend.
"She's just really sad too be all alone for Christmas." She told me and I told her to go, because for some reason I still trusted her. "You could say no." But after a full day of driving and playing with our kids I was beat, I told her to go, but not expect me awake when she got home. "Maybe I'll wake you up with a surprise, I'll be home by midnight."
My instincts told me something was wrong, so I reached out to her best friend, who never responded. Four and a half hours later she comes home, and loiters outside, on the phone with a guy's she works with, the guy she's been cheating on me with all month, apparently.
I pulled every crucial detail of her latest dalliance out of her over the next several hours, distraught to be back here, again. The following morning I put her on blast of Facebook, told her brothers and friends directly, and kicked her out of the house, next I'm divorcing her for good.
AITAH for protecting my emotional wellbeing, and separating myself from this repeated abuse of my trust?

A sleep-deprived STEM student, already o__rwhelmed and racing a lab deadline, waited for a pause and 🐧 politely asked her to move to the nearby quiet zone where speaking is allowed. I yelled at him outside ⚡ 😇 the hospital for being so f__king stupid. He told me that he just got scared and didn’t know what to do. I told him that he’s going to a s__t dad if he keeps reacting like this. What’s he gonna do when the kid gets injured and it’s his responsibility to take him to A&E? I tried diffusing the situation but it clearly wasn't going to work 🎠 out so I just ran out. Recently I've been getting calls and texts from our friends about how disgusting I am and it turns out Kate told 🌟 them that I keep 🛥 reminding her of her mom and even once said I look more like Kate's moms daughter than Kate. I've tried explaining the truth 😻 and most of my friends have sided with me but a few are saying I'm a b__ch and that I should just cut my hair anyway, along with a comment or two about how hopefully I get to experience not having a mother soon.

MY FRIEND BLAMES 🌠 💥 ME 🌜 FOR HER 😺 GETTING FIRED!

I (30sF) was temporarily babysitting my friend’s (20sF) 1-year-old while she searched for permanent ♥️ childcare. We've babysat 🚟 multiple times before. I made it clear this was short-term and she needed to keep looking for someone, as my husband and I didn’t have time long-term. Usually, she’d text to let us know she's outside with the baby, but didn’t that day. I lost track of time and saw a text asking if we were still on. My husband missed her texts as well.
