OBRT will be reading the Dickens holiday classic "A Christmas Carol" at Bangor Public Library in the Lawrence E. Crofutt Community Room once again this year! The 2025 performance will be at 2 pm on Saturday, December 20th. Come and enjoy a lovely story and get into the reason for the season! As always, our events are free to the public! We'll be reading our annual holiday favorite, A Christmas Carol, at Bangor Public Library on Saturday, December 7, at 3 pm! Get into the spirit of the season, enjoy a reading, and then head out to watch the Festival of Lights in downtown Bangor!

We'll be doing a second reading at Dirigo Pines in Orono on December 9 at 6 pm, if you have family/friends there and would like to attend with them.

Mark your calendars! October 28 and 29, we'll be reading Stephen King's "The Langoliers"! Oct 28 will be at the planetarium at UMaine at 6 pm, and Oct 29 will be at Bangor Public Library at 5 pm.
