Every live gig is an adventure, but after years of navigating the same hilarious, exhausting, and downright bizarre chair behaviors, I realized it was time to put the unwritten rules into stone. Literally.

I designed these tablets to gently (and comically) remind everyone that while caricature is the realm of exaggeration, the artist’s chair operates under sacred laws. From the “glowing pocket-rectangle” distraction to the sudden “fellowship of five” appearing at the final whistle, these are the truths we live by on the fairgrounds.

Next time you hit my chair, remember: let the creator create in peace, and please—no chowing down or aggressively chewing gum! 🙌✨

I designed these tablets to gently (and comically) remind everyone that while caricature is the realm of exaggeration, the artist’s chair operates under sacred laws. From the “glowing pocket-rectangle” distraction to the sudden “fellowship of five” appearing at the final whistle, these are the truths we live by on the fairgrounds.

To bring this to life, I digitally illustrated the tablets with a rugged, hand-carved stone texture, keeping the linework clean and the typography bold so it hits like actual gospel. I even chiseled my mark right into the bottom of the right tablet to keep it official.

Snooze: The Nightmare Weaver 🌙✨

New WINGKINS sticker drop!! Sweet dreams are definitely not on the menu with Snooze around. This miniature flying monkey puts the "Oz" in "snooze" by using his potent poppy spores to l*l the unsuspecting into a deep sleep—only to trap them in their most haunting nightmares.

Sporting his celestial nightcap and clutching a vibrant red poppy, Snooze drifts through the star-dusted void on a giant banana, accompanied by the spectral wisps of those he’s ensnared. Don't let those closed eyes fool you; he's seeing exactly what scares you most.

Artistic Telepathy at the Clay County Fair! 🎨🎭

This one was a true test of the creative gut! For this , Nate Watson laid down some ultra-light, gestural sketches, and I had to play detective to figure out where the lines should go.

It was a total mind-bender trying to "see" the drawing before inking it, but I’m so stoked with how we captured this awesome couple! There’s nothing like the pressure of a live fair environment to get the gears turning.
