Rain, changed plans, a little chaos 😂 and SO much fun.

The first parade was canceled, so getting to see ya boy 🐴🖤 ride before the only Boo-to-You parade of the night made this moment even better.

One thing about me: if I see a random Disney experience that I know someone in my family would LOVE, it immediately becomes part of the itinerary. 😂🍗

I saw Dapper Manatee's Custom Creations share that the first person to get a turkey leg at the America Pavilion in EPCOT might get to be the “Pit Master.”

Well, Colin LOVES Disney turkey legs, so obviously I knew what we had to do. 😂

We purposely waited for them to start serving so he could get the first turkey leg of the day… and it worked!

EPCOT Pit Master: achieved. 🍗🏆

It took us TWO DAYS to plan ONE night at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. 😂🎃

And this video is really just the loose outline.

Our actual plan is much more structured, with time windows, areas of the park, character priorities, backup options and a strategy for moving through Magic Kingdom without constantly running from one side of the park to the other.

Do I expect us to follow it perfectly? Absolutely not. 😂 But for our first MNSSHP, having a plan makes me feel so much better.

If anyone wants me to share the full play-by-play version, I can! I’m talking the actual spreadsheet-level plan of where we’re going, when we’re going there and what we’ll do if something doesn’t work out.

Because yes… of course I made a spreadsheet. 😂🎃

Apparently I almost let Take the Trip Tuesday pass me by today. 😂✈️

So here’s your very late reminder:

Book the cruise. Plan the Disney trip. Go somewhere warm. Use the PTO.

There will always be a reason to wait until “next year.” But if the trip is something you’ve been talking about, dreaming about or saving for, maybe this is your sign to actually start planning it. 💜

Okay, THIS Labor Day sale caught my attention. 👀🚢

Celebrity Cruises is currently advertising 75% off the 2nd guest, up to $750 in savings per room, a $100 weekend bonus on Alaska, Europe & Caribbean, PLUS 3rd and 4th guests sail free.

That last part is what really caught my eye for families.

Celebrity might not be the first cruise line you think of for a family vacation, but depending on your kids, your travel style and what you want out of your cruise, it could absolutely be worth comparing.

Now I kind of want to put this sale to the test. 😂

Which one should I price out first: Alaska, Europe or Caribbean? 👀🚢
