There are certainly an amazing variety of vendors and activities at Earth Day. But we all know the main reason for going: the incredible vegan food! There are 10 vendors in the food court and another 10 in the main vendor area. We could go on and on about our favorites (all of them?), but why don't you check out the list for yourself. We suggest spending the whole day at Earth Day by starting early with an energizing breakfast, later enjoying a leisurely lunch, then topping it off with a spectacular dinner (and throwing in a few delicious snacks in between).
