On Saturday, Massimo Art Gallery opened the Diversity Exhibit, a one night only exclusive event. Elijah Horton, Liza Thompson, Emilee Stevens, and Forrest DeBlois were the featured artists with artworks ranging from charcoal drawings to pointillism. All artists represented reside in Greater Orlando, Florida. The crowd was exceptionally diverse with local television figures to filmmakers and musicians present. It was a fantastic night of art and getting to know thy neighbor. There was even a live musical performance towards the end of the event with a singer and piano player, fusing the visual arts and performing arts. YAY! Thanks, Massimo for helping local artists shine.

Artist Liza Thompson (Local Orlando Artist) shared with us that this masterpiece, titled "Messenger" was created after she was in a fatal car accident, where she broke 16 bones in her body. She was unable to use her hands normally, so she had to figure out a way to create her art through a new technique. As a result, pointillism was the answer.

This masterpiece was seen at the Exhibit at Massimo Art Gallery on 3.23.2019. This exhibit was an exclusive one night only event.

There is a picture in the comments area of this post of Liza Thompson with her other works of art. Gotta' LOVE artists with PURE passion for .
