New Amaran by Aputure 2’x2’ RGBWW flexible LED light panels have arrived for the studio. So far they’re brighter than the Godox FL150s and the color accuracy and and flexibility is very good.

In the studio today with CBS Sports NFL analyst Charles Davis for Game Day’s ‘Sports Stars of Tomorrow’. With his busy schedule, it’s important to get him on tape quickly and comfortably. We live streamed our session to Game Day in Texas so their producers could watch and make changes on the fly. We’re making it happen, providing capabilities to production teams around the world.

Our normal video lessons run between 3-5 minutes, but QuickTips seek to deliver brief, helpful ideas in under a minute.

Last shoot for this season 5 episode of ! We’re getting into it with filters and not just on Instagram. Shooting with the filter for diffusion and texture and sliding in the Schneider -pol circular polarizer to help with the sky and reflections in the background. Of course, using the Milvus 50mm f1.4 on the FS7 in 4K Cine EI. Not pictured are the .lighting 600D pro with Light Dome II, Dracast 2000 studio fresnel and our amazing talent, Elizabeth.

What a week it has been! I love what I do, but sometimes it’s an adventure.
Spoke in Sedona, AZ on Sunday. Scheduled on a red-eye flight back to Orlando to speak Monday morning at 10:45. Shortly after midnight the flight was cancelled.
By morning, my friends at EGSA moved my keynote to Tuesday morning at 10:45.
Perfect.
Except I was scheduled to be in the studio for a live virtual event at noon.
Fortunately, I am blessed to have incredible clients and partners who came to my rescue. Heroes one and all.
First, to the EGSA heroes. What an honor to share the hero effect with your members. Real deal difference makers who solve problems and keep things running in the midst of crisis.
To my friends at The Save Mart Companies. What a joy to bring our story virtually to the store managers of Save Mart, Lucky California and FoodMaxx. Heroes who serve their customers, communities and colleagues at a high level everyday.
