We are hiring for a part time Special Events Coordinator.
-Venue tours for potential clients
-Creating client contracts for events booked
-Answering potential client calls
-Promoting and bringing in new business (important)
-amongst other coordinator responsibilities
-Must have reliable transportation
-Having knowledge in sales favorable
-Having knowledge in event planning and coordination a plus
-Must have knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and skills in marketing
This position is great for someone currently in hospitality training or someone with a passion for event coordinating or related industries.
This position does not require you to be stationary at the center but you are required to get to the venue for tours , events, etc so you must be available and local.
