The life of an artist can go in many different directions. At Defining Movement Inc. we aim to help guide artists through their creative journey.
Officially est. in 2013 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, DM was created by artists that noticed a lack of guidance and support for the creative person wanting to take their talent to the next level, especially in the street style arts. To combat this need,
DM got to work organizing countless events and programs, including Beyond Creativity Conference and our guIDANCE and guIDANCE Kids educational programs. Now 6 years later, DM is working towards a new goal, a hub for artists to call home. Our objective is to provide opportunities to practice, host cultural and technical classes, and offer career resources for those who may not be able to get them elsewhere.
