er career, from: Teachers, Coaches, Choreographers, Educators, Stylists, Photographers, Casting Directors, Agents, Managers, Recording Labels & Artists, to all professional jobs worked in the Industry. TSM is not only applying this to find, develop, and create stars, but The Star Movement is using the knowledge, that Industry Professionals working as a team and community, is more rewarding, and will produce far better results, than working by oneself! The Star Movement was crafted to travel from city to city to seek out the creme de la creme, the elite, the best Singers, Dancers, Actors, and the most amazing Models. Those chosen, will be advanced by top coaches and teachers from around the world, receive tangible & intangible materials needed, and placed into the hands of Top Industry Professionals, placing them directly on the path to success. TSM will go a step further, and work with the local businesses in each city it holds auditions, to ensure that the remaining auditioners, know exactly where to get educated, and get the services needed, to be successful in the Industry.
