Ladies and Gentlemen:

You are still an individual with goals and aspirations even when in a relationship.

You are still free within your relationship.

It is important when getting to know each other at the courting stage of the relationship.

During a couple coaching, I often hear the man or woman share how they no longer felt like "themself". They thought they had to give up parts of themselves to maintain a sense of peace in the relationship or to make their partner feel appreciated.

That's not healthy.

It cultivates resentment over time as there will be times along the way when you will be reminded that you are not living up to all you were created to be.

This can come from family, friends, a movie, or church, yet the strongest voice comes from WITHIN!

You are doing yourself an injustice by denying that voice and here is the deep part, your significant other senses it too and if he is not in a healthy place, they will try to get you to suppress it.

Through manipulation, fear, guilt abuse, etc. That should be an indication that you need to follow your voice and trust you are on the verge of greatness.

A Healthy, Exceptional Relationship with respect and honor your individuality.

Support your will to be who you are created to be as it is no threat to who he or she is in their space.

They know that a win for you is a win for them.

This is why knowing and loving ALL of you is important in a relationship.

Also, ensure you support and honor their individuality the same way you want yours to be.

With that, you both will experience levels of greatness and passions others will embrace and want for their Exceptional Relationship.

Investing in consultation will provide you with tools to ensure you are going in the right direction.

Just know it starts with you.

My Observation...

As I continue to see and listen to many platforms, shows, and podcasts, I see one word consistently missing from the conversation and the most important ingredient in life and love.

Hyper-individualism, the constant need to state what you don't care about, what you don't owe anyone, it's all and only about ME, provision ONLY in the form of money, wanting protection in the absence of obedience to the direction needed for the protection to be effective, etc.

I could go on for a few minutes.

LOVE is the word being erased from these conversations.

Reciprocity is another word I notice not used in many spaces.

Many are spending too much time seeing that ONLY their needs are being met and attempting to solidify that there is a 100% chance of not being hurt (again).

Good luck with that!

The angry, bitter, trauma-filled, vengeful, and in many cases the most intelligent people are the loudest, often shared voices on the internet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, see to it that Love and reciprocity are part of the conversation while dating and in your relationships.

Why hire a Coach?

There is a path to growth in life, but it requires consistency.

My posts on these apps are very intentional.

Even if it's to generate a laugh or smile.

I don't spend the energy many do on many things popular / celebrity-wise because I don't follow or even know them like that to form what I feel is a fair opinion.

Although, many of them put their life out there like that and should not be surprised or upset at what is said.

The one thing I LOVE to do (most of all) outside of what is shared can provide positive direction in one's life concerning dating, relationships, and s*x...

Wishing people a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

If they had a great or not-so-great year, to live to see another year is a gift and I'm more than happy to wish them a Happy Birthday!

I may miss some along the way, but should you live to see another year, know I'm happy for you!!
