There are so many steps/variables on the user end before the device will even work properly, ie: accounts, specific hardware/software, that I don't think this will work out on a consumer level. Will bigger venues/festivals require DJs to bring in sets that have been put through Rekordbox 3.0 or higher to be compatible with their new KUVO system?

Thoughts?

Pioneer's song tracking device with data quantified, rightsholders will be able to collect royalty payments on their recordings from DJs playing their tracks in clubs.
