This months upcoming May 2026 end of the month lighting composition is a pounding symphonic rock version of Bon Jovi's Runaway. Featuring some very high Ritchie Sambora like vocals through a female operetic voice. Blistering guitar work, pounding drums and an entire string section employed to cover those great keyboard parts all mixed with high energy lighting promise an epic video.

I am excited to announce the upcoming release of two lighting compositions on January 30 and February 27. Each composition is a visually striking, dark-themed, and haunting symphonic gothic rock and metal presentation. The February work will feature an escalating intensity, incorporating a cathedral choir element and blending the opulence of the 1600s with modern dark metal guitar. These compositions are brief, lasting approximately 2.5 minutes, and represent a departure from my traditional rock work, introducing a new vibe to my video collection.

February will see the release of my lighting video inspired by TSO's Beethoven's Last Night rock opera, and set to the music of Midnight. The storyline and song explore Beethoven's final hour, where he confronts temptation, review, and legacy. A dramatic two-minute composition with a haunting E minor feel will, in my mind, musically evoke a slower keyboard vibe of The EXORCIST and then Iron Maiden, while the lighting composition is my own original creation influenced by all the great legendary names above. Will Ludwig Von Beethoven reclaim his soul from the dark one at the expense of his lifes work being erased forever? Video releases Friday February 27. Stevan Hoffman Lighting Compositions are not for profit and only designed for entertainment purposes.
