Susan and I made a stop at the first-ever Starbucks store here in Seattle, Washington! ā˜•ļø

It may be a small space, but the history packed inside is what brings Starbucks fans from all over. Just be preparedā€”the line can stretch right outside onto the street, so patience pairs well with your coffee order.

Thereā€™s something fun about seeing where such a big coffee story began, because even coffee gets to have its nostalgic moments.

Jessieā€™s Roundup has arrived at Magic Kingdom for Cool Kidsā€™ Summer! šŸ¤ āœØ

Now through September 6, head over to The Diamond Horseshoe in Frontierland to see and dance with Jessie, Woody, and even Bullseye every day from 9:30 AMā€“6:00 PM.

Thereā€™s live music, games, character fun, andā€”most importantly for the grown-upsā€”air conditioning. Because yes, parents deserve to be cool too. šŸ˜Žā„ļø

Before we did anything else in Seattleā€¦ we handled the important business: biscuits. šŸ˜‹

Susan has had her heart set on Honest Biscuits in Pike Place Market ever since she found out they offer gluten-free biscuits AND gluten-free gravy. Since she rarely gets to enjoy biscuits, this was a must-do stop before our Seattle adventures officially began.

She tried the GF Butterhole and another with GF Northern Gravy, while I went straight for the Strawberry Curd Biscuitā€¦ and yes, these biscuits are just as big as they look. No tiny biscuit energy here.

Gluten-free or not, this place knows how to fill that comfort food hole in your stomach. Seattle came through flaky, buttery, and delicious.

Who wants a biscuit? šŸ‘€
