A few years ago, Universal Orlando Resort came to us with a task: design and engineer a device to help guests using wheelchairs transfer smoothly into and out of coaster seats. Our transfer device debuted on Jurassic World VelociCoaster and has since expanded to more attractions. You can currently find our transfer device on:

🦖 VelociCoaster at Universal Islands of Adventure
💚 The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Universal Islands of Adventure
🌠 Stardust Racers at Universal Epic Universe
🏎️ Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift at Universal Studios Hollywood
🦅 Falcon's Flight at Six Flags Qiddiya City

We believe the thrill of a great roller coaster should be something every guest gets to experience. Helping more families access these experiences is work we take real pride in.

🎢 RIDE INNOVATION OF THE WEEK: Infinity Flyer Train

Ever wondered how modern wooden coasters pull off wild, tight maneuvers while staying ultra-smooth? Designed and engineered by us and manufactured by Great Coasters International, Inc. , the Infinity Flyer train brings steel-coaster agility to wooden track layouts!

Here is what makes this train platform special:
🔹Ultra-Smooth Ride: Articulated wheel assemblies flex naturally through curves, absorbing track forces before they reach riders.
🔹Tighter Geometry: Navigates turn radiuses as tight as 8.95 feet, opening the door for steep drops, swift transitions, and inversions.
🔹Universal Compatibility: Integrates onto existing wooden coasters from any manufacturer, letting parks refresh classic rides seamlessly.
🔹Family Friendly: Advanced restraint systems welcome younger thrill-seekers as low as 40 inches depending on the ride configuration.

Featured on standout rides like Zambezi Zinger at Worlds of Fun and Colossus Six Flags Qiddiya City.

We're opening the archives and posting the receipts!

Over the last 20+ years, our team has had a hand in designing, engineering, and tracking some of the most iconic wooden roller coasters on the planet. But instead of just telling you about our track record, we built a live, interactive Ride Performance Dashboard so you can see every ride we’ve ever touched.

Here’s a quick walk down memory lane through the words of the people who actually ride and manage them:
🔹 2009 (Worlds of Fun – Prowler): "Simply the best wooden coaster maker in the world." — Theme Park Insider
🔹 2013 (Fun Spot – White Lightning): "Other wooden coasters make me worry about breaking a hip. White Lightning is smooth sailing." — Dewayne Bevil, Orlando Sentinel
🔹 2017 (Kings Island – Mystic Timbers): "Everything a modern-day wooden roller coaster should be, and more." — Mike Koontz, Kings Island Former Vice President and GM
🔹 2020 (SeaWorld San Antonio – Texas Stingray): "Exactly the ride SeaWorld San Antonio needed." — Behind The Thrills
🔹 2026 (Six Flags Qiddiya City – Colossus): "An absolute airtime beast that doesn't let up from start to finish." — Theme Park James

Search every coaster and check out guest reviews on our new Ride Performance Dashboard!

🎢 RIDE OF THE WEEK: Texas Stingray

Looking for the ultimate thrill? Texas Stingray San Antonio is the Lone Star State's tallest, fastest, and longest wooden coaster! 🤠

Since its 2020 debut, it has set a new benchmark for modern coaster design, holding all three records in Texas:

-100-Foot Drop: Plunging straight into a natural ravine.
-55 MPH Max Speed: Across 3,379 feet of custom-engineered track.
-16 Airtime Moments: Through tunnels and sweeping banked turns.

Meticulously manufactured Great Coasters International, our team crafted this layout to embrace the natural terrain. Lead designer Dustin Sloane and the team utilized proprietary automated software to achieve remarkable structural precision, earning the ride the spot as the #26 Best Wooden Coaster in the World!

This could be you!

We are looking for people between the heights of 35" and 60" (while wearing shoes) to help test ride restraints. We would like data for the whole height range, but we especially need people in the 35-39" range. Here are the details:

- Date: Saturday, August 15, 10am to 2pm (approximately)
- Location: Orlando, FL (address to be provided upon email confirmation)
- Participants would be secured in a ride restraint on the ground and testing for containment and fit. They will not be riding a roller coaster.
- Children are welcome and encouraged to participate! Parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the test.
- Participants will be measured at the door and must fall in the height range indicated to participate.
- All attendees must sign a non-disclosure agreement, waiver, and release form. Photography and videography of any kind are prohibited.
- Participants may be photographed or recorded during the testing.

If you or your children are interested and qualify, please email [email protected] and include the height(s) of the prospective participant(s). Please note that space is limited and participation is not guaranteed.

📈 As our pipeline has grown, so has our need for more space.

We've relocated to a larger, 12,000-square-foot facility in the heart of Orlando's S**o District. The space combines our engineering offices with a dedicated assembly floor, giving us an efficient environment to design and build. We're assembling roller coaster trains, mechanical systems, our award-winning Aurora Track-Mounted LED Display System, plus we're dreaming up the next big thing in coasters. 🎢

This investment is another step in our commitment to delivering innovative, American-made attractions and technologies that redefine the guest experience. If you're in Orlando, we hope you come by for a visit!

A historic first for Czechia is under construction! We’re proud to announce our role designing and engineering Czechia’s first wooden roller coaster, set to debut at Rodinný Park Mirakulum, alongside Great Coasters International, Inc.

This signature ride will feature 3,335 feet of classic wooden track, rise 107 feet tall, and deliver a fast, twisted layout engineered for families and thrill-seekers alike. A major highlight is a 15-foot-deep underground tunnel spanning a cumulative 258 feet, which riders will experience both at the start of the ride and during the grand finale.

Park Mirakulum has grown into Czechia’s largest family amusement park since opening in 2021, and this coaster will be a defining chapter for both the park and the country.
