This is one of those activations that gets better the longer the event goes on.

Strata Booth spent three days at the Mosaic Health Annual Retreat at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, where we created a live Photo Mosaic Wall experience after being brought in by Scout Hospitality.

Guests stopped by the photo booth throughout the retreat for individual and group photos. Those images then became part of the larger mosaic artwork, so everyone attending was literally helping build the finished piece.

By the end, what started as an empty mosaic had become a visual representation of the people who made up the event.

That is what makes a photo mosaic such a good fit for corporate retreats and conferences. It gives attendees something interactive to do, creates a reason to return throughout a multi-day event, and leaves the organization with a finished piece of branded artwork tied directly to the people who were there.

Strata Booth provided our Pro DSLR Photo Booth for the 2026 August Orlando Success Academy at Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Strata Booth brought our Glam Photo Booth to The Beamon Wedding at Bella Collina Weddings & Events in Montverde, Florida, creating polished black-and-white portraits for the couple and their guests throughout the celebration.

The experience was intentionally simple and elegant: a clean white background, flattering portrait lighting, timeless black-and-white images, and a custom C | L monogram with the couple’s wedding date.

The result? Everything from beautiful couple portraits to giant group photos once everyone realized how many people they could squeeze into the frame.

We recently provided roaming event photography for the msg global solutions reception at The Oceanaire Seafood Room in Orlando, Florida.

Throughout the reception, our photographer moved through the room capturing polished group portraits, candid conversations, networking moments, and the energy of guests connecting throughout the evening.

What an incredible night at The Luxmore Estate in Winter Springs! 🎉

We were so proud to be part of The Sullivan Wedding (Est. 2025), bringing our Pro DSLR Photo Booth to one of Central Florida's most gorgeous event venues. From the stunning ballroom with its marble fireplace and crystal chandeliers to the guests rocking cowboy hats and fedoras — every single moment was pure joy.

Our custom-branded "Sullivan Wedding" overlay made each print a personal keepsake, and the professional studio lighting meant every photo came out crisp, clear, and frame-worthy.
