was going to post this cover anyways...but a couple days ago during school, i had to face one of my biggest fears of all time.

i'll definitely open up about it more in the future and make a whole video about it, but long story short, i got very triggered and had a pretty bad anxiety attack.

only just a couple days later now, i'm so proud of myself for even getting through that tough time.

this is your sign that facing your fear can have good results in the end even if it feels like you're dying at that moment. 🤍 funny enough, this song replicates that message pretty well :)

self care is so so important, i can't stress it enough.

when i make time for myself in the morning & at night, i feel at my best & most confident self throughout the whole day. it truly affects your whole perspective on life, situations that happen, & mental + physical health. please make sure that you are giving yourself time to be present with yourself at some point throughout the day. if you aren't, maybe have a self talk and evaluate what you have to do 🤍

also i'm hoping the last pic doesn't end up on one of those weird feet pic websites 😂 i just found it aesthetic & cute hahah
