We are so excited to feature one of our member composers in a world premiere of a new work written for VoxO!

William Ayers is a teacher, researcher, writer, singer, and composer who lives and works in the Orlando area. His new choral piece “These are the Words of the Wind,” to be performed by VoxO, sets a poem by Nelson Antrim Crawford that personifies the wind as it speaks and rushes over a listening body. The piece is the midpoint in a cycle of five choral songs about spiritual discovery.

Come hear his new piece THIS SUNDAY September 13 at 2 pm at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke.

VoxO returns to the incomparable Cathedral Church of St. Luke for Reflections- a retrospective on VoxO's first five years. Together we'll take a journey back to all of our singers (and audience members!) favorites from the last five years. We just KNOW you will be captivated by this performance! We can't wait to see you all and celebrate together!

I can't believe it's almost June which means...it's almost time for our next concert! This one will be totally different than our last concert- we are featuring a local composer or two, singing some choral favorites (did someone say Morten Lauridsen? 👀), and splitting into small groups to highlight the talent of our singers.
