NEW Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie at EPCOT💚🍫🍪

A rich chocolate cookie with pistachio filling.
The cookie itself was pretty good, but if you’re looking for a cookie with a strong pistachio flavor, I’d skip this one. The pistachio flavor is very subtle, almost nonexistent😬

I did really like the crunchy kataifi though! It adds a nice texture and gives the cookie a little something extra👌

We tried them all, and they were delicious! 🤤 But as an Apple Pie fan, the Apple Pie Donut was definitely my favorite🍎🍩

Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Crumb Buns🎃🍂✨

Soft pumpkin spice buns filled with a creamy pumpkin cream cheese filling, topped with a buttery spiced crumble and pumpkin seeds, and finished with a pumpkin spice glaze 🎃✨

Dough
1 cup (240 ml) warm whole milk
2 1/4 tsp (7 g) instant yeast
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
4 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour, plus more if needed
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/4 cup (60 g) pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (110 g) unsalted butter, softened

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Filling
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup (65 g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60 g) pumpkin puree
1 large egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Spiced Crumble
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100 g) light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (110 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Egg Wash
1 large egg
1 tbsp milk
Pumpkin seeds, for topping

Pumpkin Spice Glaze
3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp milk or heavy cream, as needed
