Let us help! Shawna and her capable staff, know how exhausting it can be hosting and prepping for a party. Why not be a guest instead? Our expertise is in the kitchen assisting with food prep (we are helpers-not chefs). Instead of you worrying about details, we'll do the set up, refill and clean up while you enjoy your meal. Other options are also available such as: setting up table & chairs, decorating, bar tending etc...

It was a hot summer day for ice cream and tacos as we celebrated beautiful Livia’s 1st birthday surrounded by family, cousins, and friends! ☀️🌞 😎 From Kiddy Cocktails 🐱🍹 to tasty tacos , yummy ice cream with lots of fun & delicious toppings 🍦, birthday cake, and plenty of smiles and laughter, everyone had such a wonderful time celebrating this sweet little girl and her very special first birthday! 🎉🎈 Thank you for having Maid to Party on hand to help you all with this sweet celebration! A delicious Taco Cart by Chapultepec 🌮 and tasty ice cream from Yummmi Icecream Cart 🍨 made the day even more fun and memorable!

While the bride and groom were off taking pictures, guests headed over to the bride’s brother’s house to relax, mingle, and enjoy a little something before the reception.
Cocktails were flowing, conversations were happening, and everyone enjoyed light sandwiches along with fruit and cheese platters. 🥪🍇🧀 It was such a fun and relaxed way to fill that little in-between time on a very special day!
A big thank you to Joanne and Leon, the bride’s parents, for calling Maid to Party! Joanne is a dear family friend, so we were especially honored to be part of such an important day for their family. ❤️

Summer fun at Jackie & Steve’s Annual Pig Roast! ☀️🐷👑 This year was extra special as they celebrated their beautiful new home 🏡 and their sweet daughter Sophia’s 4th birthday! 🎂💗 It was truly a celebration fit for a princess, complete with face painting 🎨, a Little Mermaid slide 🧜‍♀️, a wading pool 💦, and plenty of fun for Sophia and her royal court! Guests enjoyed a delicious pig roast with all the fixings, followed by an incredible array of princess treats—including decorated princess cookies, chocolate chip cookies, Rice Krispie marshmallow treats, and a beautiful tiered cake featuring all of Sophia’s favorite Disney Princesses! 👸🎂✨ Friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers gathered to celebrate Princess Sophia in style and make her special day one to remember. What a special day celebrating Juan and Shannon’s beautiful twin daughters, Ava and Olivia, as they graduate from high school and get ready for their next adventure! 💕 Family and friends came together to celebrate with delicious appetizers, refreshing drinks, and an amazing taco truck that everyone loved.

So proud of these incredible young women. Ava is heading to business school, and Olivia is pursuing nursing school. Congratulations, Ava and Olivia! Wishing you both endless success, happiness, and unforgettable memories as you begin this exciting new chapter. The future is so bright! 🎓✨🌮❤️

Cheers to 60 years for Jim and Pat! Maid to Party was delighted to help this family celebrate this milestone diamond anniversary. Chris and Carey opened their beautiful home and welcomed family and friends. Brothers, Jim and Rob, and their families pitched in, too! Caffe Milan was a hit with savory beef tenderloin and chicken salad poppers. Diamond themed cake pops, cookies and cake were served for dessert. Wedding albums and wedding cards from 1966 decorated the home! A milestone limerick written by Aunt Pam was read by their son Rob and a toast was delivered by son, Chris! Pat’s marriage advice… just keep putting one foot in front of the other! Jim’s advice…. Two words…yes dear!!! Congrats Pat and Jim!!!

We had the pleasure of helping Annette and Stanley host an unforgettable Fourth of July celebration in their absolutely stunning, resort-style backyard. From the sparkling swimming pool to the beautiful outdoor setting, it was the perfect place to gather with family and friends.
Guests enjoyed a gorgeous charcuterie grazing station, followed by everyone's favorite hot dogs from Joey's. Even when the rain rolled in, it couldn't put a damper on the fun! The laughter, great food, and wonderful company made it a celebration to remember.

We had the pleasure of helping celebrate their beautiful wedding at Baker Hill. It was the perfect mix of elegant and relaxed, filled with love, laughter, dancing, and so many happy moments with family and friends.
Guests enjoyed an incredible feast and delicious desserts from Polonia Restaurant, spent the evening playing dancing, toasting, snapping countless photos, and making memories that will last a lifetime.

What an incredible celebration for Matt & Des! 🎉💍
We had the best time celebrating their wedding at Engelbrecht Farm in Paxton, IL — the perfect laid-back, joy-filled setting for such a special couple.
The day was packed with everything fun: delicious food trucks, a snow cone machine (a huge hit!), popcorn, refreshing drinks, lawn games, and even some serious competition on the grassketball court! ☀️🎯🏀
So much laughter, love, and unforgettable memories surrounded this amazing couple and their friends and family. Matt — a dear friend and former coworker — you couldn’t have picked a more perfect way to start this next chapter with Des. You’re a perfect match!
