Here is an article that just came out today. We are nearing the end! Not sure if everything will ever go back to normal though? It has been quite an experience. Mark the 18th in your calendars for November. Should be a great day. I'll see you there.

Painters, illustrators and glass cutters are working furiously inside a Lehi studio as the calendar counts down the days to the unveiling of the most ambitious public arts project that Utah Valley University has ever commissioned.

I hope you will excuse my absence here on facebook lately. I've been busy! We do have a show that just opened last week in the Springville Museum of Art that you may want to stop in and see. It will be up for the next couple months. They are showing 12 completed panels from our Roots of Knowledge project we are working on at Holdman Studios. Of course, we do have 61 more windows to complete in just over a year, so I may be MIA again! Go and see the show and I will try to keep you posted. Thanks!

Thank you to everyone who came to our opening reception. We were thrilled to share these wonderful artists with you. The exhibition will be open through November 1.

If you were unable to attend our unveiling, here are some of the highlights. This is a project that we will be working on at Holdman Studios for the next few years. I am so honored and pleased to be involved in this project and to affect so many people through my artwork. Thank you, Tom Holdman, for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this amazing piece of art. It is so exciting to see this come to fruition. Seeing it in person is definitely the best way to enjoy it, but until then this will have to do.

A new milestone hit today for us at Holdman Studios. The first of 80 windows was installed and we will be installing three more at the beginning of next week. It is going to be awesome! There will be a public unveiling this coming Thurs. on the 3rd of April that will officially begin what will take us 3 more years to complete. Hope to see you there at 7:00 pm at the UVU Library.

These are images to give you an idea of the scope and size of the piece we are doing for the library at UVU in Utah. The pictures with artwork have been worked out in photoshop and represent what we are trying to achieve. They are not final designs and are a work in progress. As you can see the wall will need to be restructured to accommodate what we want to accomplish.

Some of you may already know that yesterday was a big day for me and the studio I work at, but if you did not see it I'm posting these pics. We completed the first of 80 windows that I will be working on for the next 3-4 years. It was exciting to get it up and see it in the light for the first time! It will be here at Holdman Studios for the next month if you would like to see it in person. Hope you have a great holiday season!

I am working with Holdman Studios again, and this is a project that I'm working on currently. We are now on the last phase of the project and are aiming to have the twelve apostles done in April. They will be installed in the Virgin of Guadalupe Church down in Mesquite, Nevada.
