Isabella is a romantic three-act opera in Italian that tells the story of a world longing for change... struggling to overcome disease… and yearning for freedom and forgiveness. The story unfolds in a remote village ravaged by a mysterious illness. A despotic kingdom has taken root on a nearby hill ruled by the cruel and unseen Henry IV (HIV). Isabella is seduced by a handsome and mysterious stranger who draws her into this dark, perilous world.
