Hello everyone, owner and founder of both locations of SoulFire Body Piercing Oregon City here to give you and update on reopening. We will be reopening Saturday June 13th. Here are some of the new protocols set in place to help keep you, fellow patrons, and my staff safe.
- We can only operate by appointment only, if we can swing it we can get you a same day appointment.
- When getting pierced or tattooed you cannot bring anyone else in the studio with you.
- We cannot pierce/change jewelry/remove jewelry on anyone under the age of 18 at this time.
- You must wear a mask at all times while in the studio, you can bring your own mask as long as it covers your mouth and nose. We can provide a procedural mask for you free of charge, also we will have N95 masks available for purchase if you desire.
- Because the client is wearing a mask at all times we cannot piercing/change jewelry/ remove jewelry on any nasal or oral piercings (nostril, septum, upper/lower lip piercings, tongue/ any piercing inside the mouth). However, if you want to change or remove jewelry from those piercings you can purchase jewelry, tools, and supplies from us and one of our piercers can coach you through changing/ removing the jewelry via video chat.
- all piercing and tattoo consultations will be done outside of the studio by someone on staff that greets you
- Before entering the studio your temperature will be taken via a touch less forehead thermometer.
- All Clients will utilize hand sanitizer before entering the studio. We have 3 different kinds scented, non scented, and a locally made hand sanitizer produced by a distillery(smells like gin).
- All tattoo consultations will be done as βcontactlessβ as possible. Video chats, text messages, and emails will be the best way of communicating with our tattoo artist. A small deposit will be required for your appointment.
- If you feel sick at all please do not come to the studio. If you have an appointment we will happily reschedule you at no charge.
Our studio is going to operating a lot differently than pre-Covid times. We are looking forward to reopening, but please be patient with us as we navigate how to operate at these times.
