Thank you to Orange County District and County Attorney Krispen Walker Winfree for speaking to the Rotary Club of Orange today.

In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, she shared a powerful case study from a murder trial she prosecuted, highlighting the manipulation and emotional abuse that preceded the tragic deaths of a young woman and her new boyfriend.

Her presentation was a sobering reminder of the importance of recognizing abuse, supporting victims, and raising awareness in our community. 💜

As a result, the 2026 Orangetoberfest Vendor Market will not be rescheduled.
All registered vendors have been contacted directly with additional information.

The Orangetober Vendor market is excited to give you some updates for joining us on Saturday.

➡️Only vendors who were registered with the Rotary Club will be allowed to join. No additional payment is required. Please be prepared to show us your registration confirmation email from the Rotary Club upon arrival to the City of Orange Boat Ramp.

🕐Set up will start at 6AM. The location of the vendor booths will be assigned based on arrival. We ask that all vendors be set up by the 10AM start time. We will be flexible with your leaving time for any inclement weather.

📅This Orangetober Vendor Market is separate from the Rotary Club Vendor Market. Attendance at this Vendor Market is not required. It is only an opportunity for vendors to still join us at Orangetober.

ROTARY VENDOR MARKET
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the Rotary Vendor Market.

Rotary is standing by its decision to postpone our Vendor Market due to the weather concerns for this weekend. We will let you know as soon as a new date has been scheduled.

That being said, the City of Orange is planning to have a vendor market as part of Orangetober this weekend. If you have questions you are welcome to contact the City directly.

Please note that Rotary does not have the details for the City's vendor market, so any questions regarding setup, location, or other logistics will need to be directed to the City of Orange.

This week’s speaker was our very own Rotary Youth Exchange student, Maria Ozarchevici! 🇩🇪 Maria is from Bedburg, Germany, and is spending this school year at LCM High School. We enjoyed learning about her life, her love of music and travel, and her goal of studying chemistry. We’re proud to welcome Maria into our Orange Rotary family! 💙💛
