Catholics at Work OC is proud to invite TWO guest speakers to our December 8 Fall Speakers Series:

1. Fr. Claude Williams, O. Praem is Pastor of Saints Peter and Paul parish in Wilmington. Fr. Claude will be speaking on the subject of The Knights and Ladies of St. Peter Claver. Father is a charter member of the Orange County Chapter of this Catholic Fraternal Organization.

2. Fr. Al Baca, is a priest of the Diocese of Orange in residence at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Westminster and provides priest supply at St. Anne Parish in Seal Beach. Previously Father has served at Diocesan Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation for the Diocese of Orange, and before that served the USCCB subcommittee on Ecumenism and Interreligious Dialogue as Executive Director. Father will be speaking on the subject of the Knights and Ladies of St. Lazarus, of whose local chapter he is a member.

Catholics at Work OC is the Orange County Chapter of the Santiago Business Clubs. We meet the second Thursday of the month at St. John Maron Maronite Catholic Parish at 300 S Flower St., Orange CA for:

7:00 am: Mass
7:30 am: Full Breakfast and fellowship
8:00 am: Speakers Program
9:00 am: Closing Prayer

The Equestrian Order is papal sovereign order rooted in the era of Crusades of the Middle Ages, and to this day maintains its mission of support the holy sites and christian presence in the Holy Land, including the Holy Sepulcher. It currently consists of 30,000 Knights and Dames in 60 lieutenancies (jurisdictions). Please join us Thursday November 10 for:

Consider joining us this Saturday, November 5 at Santiago Retreat Center for the Men on the Mountain Retreat. We have a great day planned to give us a spiritual shot in the arm as we prepare to conclude the liturgical year with the Feast of Christ the King and then the beginning of the Advent journey.

This Saturday we will have four directed talks, confessions, mass, rosary, hikes to the Shrine of St. Joseph and the Marian grotto and a presentation at the Shroud Center of Southern CA. Continental Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included. We will conclude out day with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Holy Hour.
