Happy New year Friends!!
2024 Let’s Get it!!! We are kicking off our first set of classes and special guests this year with the Beautiful and !! Along with our Amazing Musicians!! and many more!! Friday night is an adult only Trap Yoga class then Saturday afternoon we will have a drum class followed by a traditional West African dance class Baby you already know the vibes we will have a ball! Come out and experience a fun time while getting in shape!! Feel free to contact me for additional information!!!
