Lyric Opera OC audiences may remember Carly Cummings as Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica, but since then she has collected an impressive list of awards, including first prizes in both the Hawk Vocal Awards and the La Jolla Symphony Emerging Artist Competition. Most recently seen as the Countess in Le nozze di Figaro, Carly combines radiant lyricism with a commanding dramatic presence. LOOC audience favorite, Jessica Choi, has performed internationally across opera, concert, and recital stages, appearing with LA Opera, Pacific Symphony, and more at distinguished venues ranging from London's Victoria and Albert Museum to the South Korean Embassy. Her repertoire includes some of opera's most beloved heroines, including Mimì, Fiordiligi, the Countess, and Cio-Cio-San. Jessica Choi possesses precisely the elegance, subtlety, and dramatic sophistication demanded inside the castle walls of Dunsinane.
