So, now I am back, and FB seems to have eliminated about 90% of my friends. And given me a few pages to "Friend", one of which was a warning that his request was a fake. What do I do now? Are my real friends still there, are they invisible, has FB murdered them. Says I have 225 but I can only find a few.

Having ignored social media for some time, I find myself without a way into my email. (forgotten password, too many phone numbers ago.) You can text me, or IM me, but I may not see the IM for a while. I hear people are becoming desperate to get off 24/7 Smart Phone usage. Ha! Luddite that I am, I never got one. I confess to being addicted to making my art on my Mac, but that doesn't count, as art is my life. I'll be back now and then.

Our Story

Exhibition Gallery, Display and Studio Rentals, Events, Classes, Private Therapy Room, Social Interaction Site---well, that was the intention when we opened. We’ve gone through some transformations, and now we are studio space with three artists, exhibition space available to those who ask, and class space for those who can rent inexpensively, by the hour.

I also want to try to change the paradigm for selling art. This is my idea, and I’d love feedback. Each piece, regardless of “art world” value, would be priced at the cost to make it. For digital paintings that would be extremely low. I would ask for an donation above the cost, at the buyer’s discretion. I want to keep making and printing and exhibiting and sharing my work, and allow people of limited means to own them as well. Everyone wins, and Beauty stops being a commodity, an investment, and becomes Joy for the artist, the viewers, the buyers. What do you think? Will people assume it’s not worth buying if it doesn’t cost much? The price is NO reflection of value, just money to keep me able to pay for doing the work.

We have no set hours, but appointments can be made by calling Jenny at her new number, 520 483 1942, or e-mail at [email protected].

I also invite people to come and play with my computers with their own pictures (or some of mine) because it is such fun to see what can happen, and what you can control.
