This Systur art piece came about from doing a test sample of the silks to be used in both stoles. These were made for two very dear friends in Iceland! I hope the stoles keep them warm and that Systur bindsand guides them through life’s journeys like the Vegvísir!

A dear family member told me the Jean Dubuffet artwork reminds her of how she feels when she is stressed out and had enough a.k.a. Kioski On Kiinni in Finnish. So I made one of her for her Now she has own piece of art brut for those days when the kiosk is firmly closed! The Gleeful Ewe Living Felt
