Moving forward, please do not place an order and then request a refund. Once your order is submitted, I begin purchasing and preparing the materials needed to complete it. Canceling those purchases, if cancellation is even possible, creates a major inconvenience for my business.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my behalf, my policy states that I will offer to correct or remake it. I will not issue a full refund for an issue that can be fixed, as time, materials, supplies, and equipment have already been used to complete your order.

Please be certain before placing your order. All sales are final.
