We are pleased to share an upcoming artist conversation hosted by Ex-para-mental,
a cross-cultural artistic exchange connecting artists and creative practitioners from Ghana and the United States.

This conversation series creates space for artists to engage with questions of practice, process, experimentation, and contemporary artistic thinking. As members of our local creative community, we thought this would be of interest to those looking to connect with artists working across different contexts and disciplines.

We encourage anyone interested to join the conversation and be part of the exchange.

Join us on Friday at the Barbara Patton Southside Center for the Arts! We are opening our first exhibition of the year to the public. Come view work from many talented local artists, enjoy refreshments, and connect with art lovers from our community. We are accepting submissions for our next open exhibition!
⭐️All mediums and subjects welcome to apply; please keep themes appropriate for a variety of ages and audiences.
⭐️We will be hosting the reception at the Barbara Patton Southside Center for the Arts on January 9th.
⭐️$30 entry fee going towards reception refreshments and awards for select entries juried by the committee, as well as a “People’s Choice” award. Entry fee may be submitted through cash or Venmo at .
⭐️To apply, please fill out the form linked below. We will reach out following your submission to confirm accepted pieces and send further details on art dropoff, preparing work for exhibition, and other pertinent information.
