American Legion Post 112 is located in Ontario California The American Legion is a NON PROFIT 501c3 organization, our goal is to continue to make a difference in the lives of Veterans in the community. Our post was Chartered on February 10, 1921 and has been active in the community for the past 99 years. Sons of the American Legion charter on February 21, 2010 and The American Legion Auxiliary charter on October 31, 2012. The post was first located on Euclid Ave. between B and C streets in downtown Ontario in 1953 we moved to our current location on 310 W. Emporia Street, Ontario. On Memorial Day in 1933 Post 112 began placing crosses and flags on the Veterans grave locations at Bellevue Cemetery in Ontario, that tradition continues today. In 1976 Post 112 along with Bellevue Memorial Park assisted with the building and placement of the Veterans Memorial marker in the Veterans section of the cemetery.
