We have received your Cabell Midland High School Music Department themed merchandise. At your earliest convenience, please let us know if you would be available to pick it up on Thursday, May 14 at Cabell Midland’s Spring Choral Concert in the auditorium. We will have a table set up for you to pick up your alumni merchandise before the show starts at 7 p.m.

Alternatively, you can pick it up in the front office of CMHS at your earliest convenience.

Do you have a Renaissance costume, choir dress, or tuxedo tucked away in your closet? Consider giving it a second life!

Collegium Musicum is currently collecting gently used performance attire so that we can provide costumes for every student completely free of charge. Our goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to sing with us, regardless of financial circumstances.

Interested in signing up for Collegium Musicum next year?

We are an auditioned concert choir at Cabell Midland High School that performs repertoire from a variety of different genres and time periods, ranging from renaissance to classical to modern and even pop a capella!

We perform throughout the year at a variety of different performances including theatrical productions, competitions, and various community engagements.

Want to join a close knit family that performs beautiful music at a high level? Come join us!

Worried about finances? Collegium is FREE to join, and we provide your costumes/attire for you!

Worried about your schedule? We meet 4th mod during the school day, with only a few after school rehearsals before our performances. Collegium is the perfect ensemble for you to join if you want to sing but are busy with other activities!

No experience? No problem! ALL are welcome to audition. Whether you have been in a choir for years or have never sung before. We will teach you! Come join us!

Audition Workshop
May 18, 2026
3:30-4:30PM
Location: Choir Room
Get help preparing, learn the audition materials, and feel confident going into your audition!

Audition Requirements:
All singers must sing: My Country, 'Tis of Thee (music available in the choir room)
Simple sight singing exercise (rhythms/pitches)
Vocal warm-up with Ms. Navy
ALL will be taught at the Audition Workshop.

All auditions will be recorded to send to our adjudication panel.

Can't make May 19?
See Ms. Navy to schedule an alternative audition date.
